Mohawk

by Jo Henley

The band's third full-length record, Mohawk is the interwoven story of both a small blue-collar city in Upstate New York--Schenectady--and Jo Henley frontman Andy Campolieto's reflections of his life growing up there, ranging from the early days of the Mohawk Valley to the present day. Jo Henley's version of an Americana opera, if you will: historical fiction, celtic-tinged story-songs, retro-rockers, cinematic instrumentals, banjo-driven ballads, boot-stompin' bluegrass, and atmospheric jams.

Produced, engineered, and mastered by Mark Bryant.

Recorded at Seasound Studio in Plymouth, MA, February 21-25, 2011.

Andy Campolieto (vocals, guitar), Ben Lee (guitar, banjitar, dobro), Mike Dingley (drums, piano), Jeremy Foti (bass),

Also: Steve Benson (mandolin, pedal steel), Jake Hill (vocals on "Home Again")

Mohawk is available for purchase on CD and as a digital download.
